Michael Walters is Bar & Hospitality Director of Pickle Hospitality, which spans Jacob’s Pickles, Maison Pickle, Tiki Chick and Velvet Cowboy, a new cocktail bar inspired the untamed spirit of the American Southwest and the optimism of the 1970s. A 15-year bartending veteran, Michael spearheads and oversees the group’s robust bar programs. This marks a homecoming for Michael, who led the bar programs at Tiki Chick and Maison Pickle previously.
